COVID-19 Booking & Cancellation Policy

We continue to be as flexible as possible with our clients during the COVID-19 pandemic period.

What happens if my county is in lockdown and I cannot travel?

In the event that you and any member of your party cannot travel due to your county or local area being placed in lockdown, we will transfer your booking to another scheduled departure date of the same tour at a later stage that suits you and subject to seat availability. You may also transfer any monies paid, to one of our future tours (subject to availability) of your choice as payment or part payment thereof. Refunds are not offered due to local lockdown.

 What happens if the hotel we are travelling to is located in an area which is in lockdown?

In the event that the area your hotel is based in, is in lockdown during the period that the tour is due to stay there, the tour will be cancelled and all monies paid will be refunded on the day  of departure or nearest working day after the date of departure. You can also choose to rebook onto a later departure date of the same tour (subject to availability).

The decision to cancel any tour due to the COVID-19 Pandemic will only be taken by Pierce Kavanagh Coaches 24 hours in advance of departure and you will be advised accordingly. We shall be entitled to cancel or curtail the relevant programme at any time prior to departure and the Consumer shall not be entitled to make a claim for loss arising as a consequence of cancellation or curtailment in these circumstances.

What happens if areas we are visiting are placed in lockdown?

We will adjust the itinerary accordingly to ensure our guests are safe, we will always follow government guidelines and adheres to Failte Ireland’s COVID-19 Safety Charter.
